Residence Eligibility Requirements

There are a few other Little Leagues in the Fairfield area:
Cordelia Tri Valley Little League, Fairfield Pacific Little League, Fairfield Atlantic Little League, and Suisun American Little League.

Each local Little League determines the actual geographic boundaries of the area from within which it shall select players.
These boundaries are described in detail and shown on a map and dated when making application for a Little League charter.

For a child to be a Little Leaguer®, eligibility must first be established by way of residency inside the boundaries of a local Little League®,
OR the location of the school where the child attends is located inside a local league’s boundaries that is approved by Little League Baseball, Incorporated.

  • Residence shall be established and supported by documents containing the full residence which include parent(s) or guardian(s) name, street address, city, state and zip code information, dated or in force between February 1, 2018 and February 1, 2019,  one document from each of the three groups outlined below

  • OR a completed Little League® School Enrollment Form for the players that attend school inside our boundaries but do not reside within them. Please contact [email protected]

Players and their parents/guardians are advised that a false statement of residence may lead to ineligibility to play Little League Baseball or Softball. Under NO circumstances does ANY person have the authority to grant a waiver that allows a child to play in a local Little League program IN ANY DIVISION when that child does not qualify under these residency requirements.

** Regulation II (d) Form
The Board of Directors of the Local League, with the approval of the player involved, reserves the right to continue as a player, any individual (1) whose residence changes from within the boundary to outside the league’s boundary or (2) who lives outside the league’s boundaries because of a revision of such boundaries even if the child then resides in the territory of another league. Current Major League, Minor League, A-Ball or Tee Ball players or any sibling whose brother or sister met the criteria under II (d) at one time may be retained. Any player meeting (1) or (2) above may be retained for the remainder of his/her career, including Little League, Senior, and Big League competition.
